High Level Promotions (HLP) is a naming rights and sponsorship company. HLP works with cities, school districts, sports facilities and private organizations to generate revenue through naming rights, sponsorships and strategic partnerships, connecting brands with venues and communities. Founded by Donny Baker and Colton Steer, HLP is based in Texas.

It started in Nebraska — small towns, small circles, the kind of place where everyone knows everyone and nothing is handed to you.

Two strangers from Nebraska became business partners. Then a video on TikTok pointed Donny south, to Southeast Texas — where he met Brittany, the woman he'd marry. Colton came to visit and ended up falling for her sister. Fast forward a year: both got married.

Donny and Colton — business partners, best friends, brothers in real life. From small-town grass fields to the venues and communities we work with, with a small circle of people who believed before there was proof.
